About

Sarah Pryde
BSc. Exercise Science, RMT.,

Sarah is a registered massage therapist since 2021 with a BSc in Exercise Science. She has been an athlete for most of her life and has learned the importance of rest and recovery, proper training and maintenance the hard way after suffering a traumatic knee injury requiring a full reconstruction. Which led her toward a therapeutic path!

Sarah graduated from university in peak pandemic months and was struggling to find purpose with what seemed like a perpetual loop of opening and closing of gyms where she worked. During this time of isolation she realized how important it is to have human connection, and how powerful touch can  be. She took an intro Swedish course and loved how connected she felt with not only her clients but also herself. It quickly turned into her passion and blossomed into various other techniques. Sarah continues to learn and is also working toward her goal of helping others feel, move and live better.
